Inovator

As I have gotten older I have real respect for my health and the health of the people around me. I saw an opportunity to create a small group that could encourage one another to be the best versions of ourselves.

I created a run club called "By Any Means!" We trained together no matter what- rain or shine.

S.T.A.R. Method

​

S. There was a need for change to show up for ourselves! We were all trying to feel and look better. I began running with a friend who created a goal to run our first 5K and we literally ran with it!

​

T. Getting friends excited about running and becoming active! Creating a group chat, tracking eachothers progress, and making it a habit not a chore.

​

A. We came, we saw, we trained, and we ran our hearts out.

​

R. We completed the Colts 5K together and priotized our health. I recently just completed my first 1/2 marathon at the Indy Mini, which was my end goal of my training. I made it!
